ONE-TO-ONE WORK

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Confidential one-to-one work on leadership role, decisions, boundaries, delegation, and action under pressure.
LEADERSHIP ROLE

WHEN THE ROLE GROWS MORE COMPLEX THAN THE HABITS THAT ONCE WORKED

A new role, scale, or crisis changes what leadership requires. The habits that once delivered results—personal control, quick answers, deep involvement in detail—can overload the leader and weaken the team.

In coaching, we work not only with personal reactions but with the system around the challenge: authority, expectations, relationships, and the consequences of decisions. The goal is greater capacity to act, not dependence on the coach.

Role clarity creates room for mature decisions.

WORKFLOW

HOW THE ONE-TO-ONE WORK S STRUCTURED

The coaching contract connects a specific question, confidentiality, real work situations, and evidence of change in practice.

STEP 01

Contract and Outcome

We clarify the question, role context, intended change, confidentiality boundaries, and signs of a useful outcome.

STEP 02

Pattern in Action

We examine specific situations, decisions, and reactions to reveal recurring behavior and its systemic consequences.

STEP 03

New Experiment

We choose a different behavior, conversation, or decision that can be tested safely in real work.

STEP 04

Integration

We review evidence, adjust the approach, and embed practices the leader can use independently.
DISCUSS YOUR QUESTION

HONEST LEADERSHIP THINKING?

In an introductory conversation, we will test whether coaching fits your question and define the boundaries and format of the work.

COLLABORATION

OTHER WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
