Knowledge does not become new management practice when roles, expectations, rhythms, and the environment remain unchanged. After training, leaders return to the same situations and reproduce familiar decisions.
The leadership program combines adult learning, work on real-world business challenges, group reflection, and support for putting what is learned into practice. It is developed in collaboration with the L&D and HR teams to fit the organization’s specific context.
