LEADERSHIP CAPACITY

LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

Leadership-practice development through real work challenges, designed with L&D and HR teams.
DEVELOPMENT THROUGH WORK

WHEN STAND-ALONE TRAINING DOES NOT CHANGE HOW LEADERS MANAGE

Knowledge does not become new management practice when roles, expectations, rhythms, and the environment remain unchanged. After training, leaders return to the same situations and reproduce familiar decisions.

The leadership program combines adult learning, work on real-world business challenges, group reflection, and support for putting what is learned into practice. It is developed in collaboration with the L&D and HR teams to fit the organization’s specific context.

Leadership develops through work, not only in the classroom.

WORKFLOW

HOW AN APPLIED TOOL IS BUILT

Program design starts with the business challenge and required leadership practices—not a catalogue of training topics.

STEP 01

Needs Diagnosis

We align on the business context, target group, critical situations, and the behavior the organization needs in practice.

STEP 02

Program Design

With L&D and HR, we shape modules, practice, cohort formats, between-session work, and manager support.

STEP 03

Practice on Real Challenges

Participants work on their own decisions, teams, and change efforts, receive feedback, and test new actions.

STEP 04

Transfer into the System

We review evidence of application, strengthen the environment, and equip the internal team with materials and support mechanisms.
DISCUSS A PROGRAM

NEED TO CHANGE
LEADERSHIP PRACTICE, NOT JUST KNOWLEDGE?

We will define the business challenge, target group, and evidence of behavioral change before designing the program.

COLLABORATION

OTHER WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Different challenges call for different approaches—ranging from rapid diagnostics to more in-depth consulting, coaching, and transformational work.
