TEAM ALIGNMENT

STRATEGIC SESSIONS

Working sessions for shared context, strategic choices, priorities, ownership, and an actionable plan.
SHARED CHOICE

WHEN GENERAL AGREEMENT IS NOT ENOUGH FOR COORDINATED ACTION

A team may agree on the broad direction while interpreting priorities, constraints, trade-offs, and ownership differently. Strategy then remains on slides, and daily decisions pull functions back toward local interests.

A strategic session is designed around real decisions the team is avoiding or unable to align on. The outcome is not an impressive presentation, but shared context, explicit choices, and recorded commitments.

Strategy begins when the team makes a shared choice.

WORKFLOW

HOW I DESIGN A STRATEGIC SESSION

The format follows the decision, the participant group, and the team’s readiness to work with real tensions.

STEP 01

Preparation

We clarify the purpose, decisions, participants, and context; when useful, I conduct short interviews and gather evidence.

STEP 02

Shared Reality

The team aligns on the situation, constraints, customer, evidence, and the most important strategic tensions.

STEP 03

Choices and Priorities

We develop alternatives, make necessary trade-offs, and agree on the few priorities that truly matter.

STEP 04

Commitments

We record owners, actions, dependencies, dates, review criteria, and the management rhythm after the session.
DESIGN A SESSION

DOES THE TEAM NEED
A SHARED DECISION, NOT ANOTHER DISCUSSION?

We will clarify the decision the room must produce, who needs to be there, and the preparation required for honest work.

COLLABORATION

OTHER WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Different challenges call for different approaches—ranging from rapid diagnostics to more in-depth consulting, coaching, and transformational work.
